The staff was friendly, helpful, patient, and nice. The building was beautiful and tastefully decorated. I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was served in a beautiful indoor space and also on the outdoor patio with a special atmosphere.

I had a room described as quiet. It was near the kitchen and laundry so I heard kitchen cleaning late at night and machines early. The room faced a wall making it dark. The mattress sagged. It was worn out and too soft. This room should not be offered at this price. I found this very disappointing.

The room i received initially was not up to par. It felt quite small compared to what i expected from the pictures. there was also no ventilation in the room, rather uncomfortable at times. breakfast service was slow. It took a considerable amount of time to get even simple things like sugar and butter.
